Brunching with SodaStream FIZZI Rose Gold at Dandy Montreal
Photographing and Brunching with SodaStream FIZZI Rose Gold at Dandy Montreal in the Old Port
Last week, I had to set the alarm for 5 in the morning to finally take my car in the worst weather. Luckily, I was heading to a beautiful and amazing brunch with a company I love. My main goal for the day: Photographing and brunching with SodaStream FIZZI Rose Gold at Dandy Montreal. Drinking sparkling water is something I truly enjoy doing especially in the morning right BEFORE my coffee. You’re probably wondering why I love drinking it at that specific moment.
Well, going back to my London days, the coffee shop next to my place used to give me a glass of sparkling water while waiting for my order. A small cold glass of sparkling water that I would drink like a shot. Weirdly enough, this habit became a ritual and gave me an amazing feeling in the morning.
Having a sparkling water maker at home is, for any Londoner, a must I believe. Truth is, I’ve never seen a place where people ordered sparkling water as much as in the UK.
Wednesday morning with SodaStream at Dandy Montreal
I love a good brunch especially at Dandy in the Old Port of Montreal. This retro-chic restaurant has everything I’m looking for. The place is elegant, chic, stylish and also has amazing coffee with oat milk (of course). SodaStream’s event started around 8h30, despite the horrible weather! We, of course, started with a warm drink and I ordered my usual, cappuccino with oat milk. Later, they introduced us to the amazing FIZZI special edition rose gold machine.
Sustainability with SodaStream, one bottle of sparkling water at a time
Having your own machine at home like the Fizzi Rose Gold has many benefits such as helping the environment a bit more. We have to admit that buying plastic bottles all the time is horrible for the planet. Luckily, people are changing and we now have access to many alternatives. The one thing that surprised me is the fact that the Fizzi Rose Gold doesn’t require electricity or battery. Meaning you can literally bring your SodaStream when you go camping, or should I say glamping.
In case you have no idea on how to use your SodaStream, his video is showing you exactly what to do in just a few steps.
Learning about amazing recipes you can make at home
The brunch was the perfect occasion to show us 2 amazing recipes by 1 ou 2 Cocktails using the Fizzi Rose Gold limited edition machine. The first recipe was a punch with figs and a grapefruit syrup using St-Germain. The second one on the menu was a perfect mocktail. My friend from 1 ou 2 cocktail showed everyone how to make them both.
We also had the chance to learn about sustainability during Christmas and how to be more eco-friendly this year. The founders of Dans le Sac gave us a few ideas such as using different plates when making your Christmas table. Same goes with your cutlery and basically everything. Mix and match is something I do when having people over, it will give a unique and beautiful look to your table.

Time to go home with a full stomach and a little gift
Luxine PR, the agency taking care of this event, made sure that everyone had a little something when leaving. In fact, each one of us received the beautiful Fizzi Rose Gold sparkling water maker but also a kombucha syrup. I am now making my very own kombucha at home and I couldn’t be happier. Since I had no idea how to use this machine, I headed on their website to finally find the most useful video. This short video will show you the simple steps to make your own sparkling water at home using SodaStream.
