DARK CHOCOLATE (I use Lindt Excellence 70%)
PINCH OF SALT
In a microwave-safe mug, mix the butter, 3 tbsp of heavy cream and the dark chocolate. Put in the microwave for about 20 seconds and blend thoroughly with a fork.
In a separate bowl, mix half an egg. If you put the whole egg, you will get a cake that looks like a sponge (and we don't want that). Add your egg to your mixture and blend with a fork.
Simply add all of your ingredients (including the rest of your heavy cream) and mix them well. Put in the microwave for about 50 seconds. I usually have my microwave on high. Sometimes, it doesn't look ready but do not worry that's usually what we want for this kind of cake. Do not overcook it, just let it cool for about 2-3 minutes.
You can add a bit of powdered sugar on top to make it prettier! Enjoy with a lovely cappuccino!
